Cancellation Policy
Any person who fails to attend a course is not entitled to a refund or to be transferred to another course at another time and will be liable for the full course costs.
Any cancellation or rescheduling request which is received less than 14 days prior to the start of a course is liable for the full costs of the course. A late booking is one that is booked less than 14 days prior to the start of the course and will be charged the full course costs. Exceptional circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
If you cancel a booking or request a reschedule/transfer 14 days or more before a course, you may only be eligible for paying for any training course expenses incurred before your request is submitted. That is, any expenses that have been accrued in relation to your course booking if cancelled or any additional expenses in relation to a reschedule/transfer of your booking to another course, ie location expenses or upgrading from one course to another. This will be discussed with you upon receipt of your request.
You are able to request your booking be transferred to another person so that they may attend instead of you, however this must be requested in writing and agreed with Arbour Training prior to the start of the course.
Arbour training reserves the right to interpretate the cancellation policy as required.
Behaviour
All course attendees who are booked onto a course must attend for the full duration of the course and must not arrive late or leave early so as not to disturb other course attendees. If any attendee is delayed, they must contact Arbour Training and inform us of the delay and the estimated time of arrival. We will endeavour to accommodate genuine, unavoidable delays.
Arbour Training does not tolerate abusive behaviour towards staff or other clients. Arbour Training reserve the right to instruct persons to leave the training venue if their behaviour is deemed unacceptable. Refunds will not be considered in these circumstances and the individual/company are liable for the full course fees.
Arbour Training reserve the right to interpretate and ammend these above points as they deem necessary.
